Community Information

The Sage Creek community is one of Wylie's most convenient to shopping and schools. This lovely home, at the corner of Fountain Drive and Riverway, sits just three blocks from Groves Elementary and less than two miles from McMillan Junior High and Wylie High School. In addition, the Murphy Marketplace shopping center, under construction now, is only two miles away. The new Super Target complex, set to begin construction in the summer of 2008 near the intersection of F.M. 544 and McCreary Road, is just one mile from the entrance to Sage Creek. Sage Creek sits on the edge of the Wylie/Murphy border and is only 8.4 miles to Central Expressway and Collin Creek Mall, and 6.9 miles to the Jupiter Road/George Bush Turnpike intersection.

Sage Creek has a very active HOA, comprised of many caring homeowners, each of whom is dedicated to keeping the neighborhood one of the nicest in Wylie. The pool area has security in the summer to ensure no unauthorized persons are using the facilities. Along with the pool area, the playground and basketball court has a card access entry that is accessible by residents only. The HOA sponsors many community beautification awards each month, summer cookouts at the pool, holiday parties and festivities, and fall carnivals complete with bounce houses and friendly competitions. With HOA dues at only $300 per year, it is very evident that the money is being well spent.

For those who are active joggers, walkers, or bicyclists, in addition to the hike-and-bike trails in Sage Creek, the surrounding neighborhood's (McCreary Estates, Maxwell Creek, and Creekside Estates) hike-and-bike trails tie in to create many miles of exercise possibilities.

Our home at 901 Fountain Drive has thousands of dollars in upgrades. Simply put, you cannot buy a new home in Sage Creek with similar upgrades and square footage for this price. There are no other lots in any of the nine phases with the mature trees found in our backyard. Just come in and take a look. You won't be disappointed.
